I found this interesting article written by Professor Tan Sri Dato' Dzulkifli Abd Razak;Vice Chancellor University Sains Malaysia (USM) on Bush retirement and change of American political view. It was published in New Sunday Times (NST) on Jan 18, 2009. For me, its better to read it from the actual sources so we able to see and understand how critical and humble he is in presenting his ideas.
